Our Founder

I’m Chantelle Richmond, founder of Catch’em CIC. I am a mother of five and have spent nearly seven years working as a domestic violence and abuse support worker, supporting women, children, and families as they rebuild their lives after domestic abuse. I also bring experience as an early years practitioner, SEN support worker, and mentor to children and young people, including those with additional needs and challenging behaviours.

My Story

As a survivor myself, I understand how trauma can impact individuals, families, and future generations. That experience, combined with my professional background and personal journey as a mother, inspired me to create Catch’em CIC, a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where people can heal, rediscover their strengths, and move forward with hope.

The Mission

I am passionate about equipping parents with the tools to build stronger, healthier relationships with their children. When parents are supported and young people are empowered to make healthy relationship choices, we can help break cycles of domestic abuse, trauma, and generational disadvantage, creating brighter, healthier futures for individuals, families, and communities
