About Us

Welcome to Catch’em CIC, a space born from survival and rooted in hope. As a survivor of domestic abuse, I now guide others on their own healing journey. Through Catch’em, we offer six-week well-being programmes for mothers, survivors, and anyone facing adversity — exploring gratitude, trauma, stress, self-esteem, and parenting, all with a creative twist. Arts and crafts help us express gratitude, release stress, and build healthy relationships.

Our Programmes

Our youth programmes empower young people from adverse backgrounds, helping them channel their creativity through filmmaking, photography, and digital storytelling. We also run a six-week parenting programme and a healthy relationships programme, open to all ages, including school-aged children.
